2025 Fall Cancer Support Health & Wellness Classes

Purpose

Since 2020, we have raised funds to help cancer patients increase their access to healthy meals. We were thrilled to announce that, in addition to our continued financial support, we are offering three free Cancer Support Health & Wellness Classes this October 2025.

These classes are designed to improve overall health and well-being by offering engaging and educational sessions on healthy cooking, nutrition, and general wellness. Specifically tailored for individuals diagnosed with cancer and their caregivers, but open to everyone, our classes will equip participants with the knowledge and skills to make informed choices about their diet and lifestyle, ultimately improving their health and quality of life.

Additionally, we will address the impact of alcohol and substance abuse on cancer patients and survivors, offering healthy alternatives to support their journey to wellness.
